Benjamin Franklin Rubarts

 born Feb. 26, 1845 to Samuel C. and Zilpha Watkins Rubarts. He served in Co. I, 13th Vol Ky  Cavalry along with his older brother John. He moved to Fannin County, Texas around 1890 where he died Nov. 2, 1906
