This index contains many Re-recorded Deeds. The pages are difficult to read. Therefore, names and page numbers may be incorrect. Please send me any corrections you have. I will be more fully indexing these records as time permits and hope to make corrections as I go along. Thanks.

Allbritton, R.T., Sheriff of Graves Co., Ky Bugg, J.W., of Ballard Co., Ky 29 Oct 1874 Sheriff's Sale & Deed A-131 & 132 2 Nov 1874; Re-recorded:   29 Apr 1880 $1,000 for 45 acres owned by S.F. Marshall, adjoining Blandville, being where Marshall now lives, known as the Utterback place, and described in a deed from Dupayster to Marshall. On 5 Sept 1874, the Franklin Circuit Court clerk issued a writ against L.F. Marshall, Sheriff of Ballard Co., for the sum of $10,039.09 with interest, and directed the Graves Co. Sheriff to sell this 45 acres,  among other things, per the law

Clandy sold to G.W. Utterback a tract of 400 acres in 1843, but Ann Clandy didn't convey her dower share, so this deed conveys that dower share in the land, on which Mary White now lives on her dower share
Coffee, W.M. Elizabeth Wilds, G.B. 17 July 1877 Deed A-465 & 466 16 Aug 1877; Re-recorded: 30 June 1880 W.M. Coffee sold the property herein after described to Ray & Elliott, and Elizabeth failed to relinquish her dower rights, & whereas W.B. Shelton then owner of the property & sold it to G.B. Wilds who wishes to perfect his title, here Coffee & wife boh convey a house and part of Lot #23 in Block 8 & thereon Shelton's old store house & lot, in Blandville, with 33 feet on the Public Square by 66 feet
