I have been researching the Jones/Davis/Powers families of Frakes. I am in the process of writing a biography of our lawless ancestor, George Jones aka George Rhodes for publication. In the meantime I am submitting some death certificates. I have also included a document that shows Speedwell Power's death by gun shot. (most likely by George Jones) George's step son Henry Hackney. Also attached are photos of George "Wooley" Powers, first postmaster of Frakes (and early settler of South America) and his wife Sarah Shadowen and Riley Jones of Frakes (George's brother).
