WILL OF DANIEL LAWSON-DECEASED

I Daniel Lawson, of Beverly Ky. now stricken in years and viewing the uncertainty of eternity now makes this my last & lawful will.

I will & Bequeath to my three sons-viz: Henry, Elijah,& Wilk Lawson what I have gave them
deed & deeds for & five dollars each & that is their part of my estate & also I will & bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Lawson all the land I have gave her deed for & five dollars & that is to be her part of my estate & I all so will & bequeath unto my lawful heirs by my first wife-viz: Cager Lawson, Thomas Lawson, Samuel Lawson, Daniel Lawson, Jr., James Lawson, Ellen Von, deceased heirs & Nance Rose five dollars each & that is to be their part of my estate & I further will & bequeath unto my son Eligah Lawson all of my personal & parishisable property after my debts is paid out of same.
WHEREFORE I have set my hand & seal & further state that I am in my right mind.
