give Mr. Jones credit for getting the trade done. He was doing Mr. Nicholson
a favor. He wanted out and doing Dick and Wallace a favor. They wanted
in and they were young, ambitious men. After staying in Clinton for five
or
six years, they (Dick and Wallace) bought or started a good-sized super
market in Kingsport, Tennessee. They operated that super market for several
years
and Wallace Boyd bought Dick Stout out. Wallace retired and was advisor
to his son who managed the market.
Wallace
Boyd married Nettie Lewis Jones, daughter of Professor Gorman Jones and

to
Mrs. Eugene Siler.
