This particular book contains various birth and death records dating from 1852-1910. The information in the book was taken from the birth and death record just as the doctor recorded it. It is probable that the doctor or the county clerk did not send these records to Frankfort, Ky. They were kept at the Bracken County Courthouse and are not included in any other birth or death record for Bracken County. All titles were published by the Bracken County Historical Society, P. O. Box 307, Brooksville, Kentucky 41004.
