David Michael Bush, age 43, of Barwick, KY, died Friday, December 21, 2001, at his residence. He was born December 23, 1957, in Breathitt Co., to the late Bill Bush and Mary Alice Baker Bush.

Survivors include his wife, Nanette Harreid-Bush, Barwick, KY; one daughter, Katie Bush, Barwick; six brothers, Elmer Bush, Rowdy, KY; Finley Bush, Loveland, OH; Matt Bush, Winchester, KY; Bryan Bush and Billy Ray Bush, both of Chicago, IL; and Paul Bush of Arkansas; four sisters, Martha Dziedzic, Chicago, IL; Frankie Johnson, Austin, IN; Ruby Farler, Barwick, KY; and Sue Sandlin, Morris Fork, KY.

Funeral services were Sunday, December 23, 2001, 1 p.m. at the Breathitt Funeral Home Chapel, with Carl Wayne Johnson and Ed Baker. Burial followed at the Bush Cemetery, Barwick, KY.

Pallbearers were John Spencer, Mike Deaton, Brant Deaton, Riley Stidham, Phillip Collins, and Bill Helton.

Breathitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
