.drinks and table service for your own family. Lunch about
11:30 A.M. or so.
Be ready for some genealogy sharing. Some good talking and
getting to know each other. And IF anyone would play some music
it would make everyone very happy.
Every one is welcome to come to this reunion. If your family
came from this part of Kentucky you are probably related so come
on and join us.
If you are just driving past and the thought comes to mind "We
could pretend we are kin and stop by for lunch" Then you too are
welcome. We may find out that you really are kin.

Family Reunion — Saturday, June 28, 2008
The annual Patterson Family Reunion for the descendants of John K. Patterson
and Leonidas S. Patterson will be held at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Thomas
Ridge Road, Casey County, Kentucky. It will take place on 28 June 2008
(Saturday) and will begin about 11:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to
join us for the afternoon activities and potluck luncheon.

Poplar Grove Church Reunion - Labor Day
The Poplar Grove Reunion on hwy 1552 (Chelf Ridge Rd) is always Labor Day Sunday. Lanhamtown Reunion is the same day. I think the Brush Creek Christian Church reunion is the same day also.
Combest - 2nd full weekend of June
The Combest Reunion is held in Somerset, Pulaski County, Kentucky on the Sunday of the second full weekend in June every other year....we had a reunion this year....so next one will be June 2008.

The descendants of Howard Morton Patterson (son of Patrick Luther Patterson and Gilla Ann Combest), who was born in Casey County Kentucky, meet every year on the third Saturday of June in the elementary school cafeteria in Petrolia, Clay County, Texas for visiting, lunch and an auction and family picture.Any interested people are invited to come.

We start at about 10:30 am pitch in lunch at 12 noon. A "SPECIAL SURPRISE GUEST" at 1 pm. We share pictures, genealogy information.
