Malone - Buster

Marriage Bond

Be it known That we, Anderson Malone as principal, and Rfus C. Malone as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of this Bond is as follows:
That whereas Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the aboved bound Anderson Malone and Jessie Buster. Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this bond should be void, otherwise it shall remain in full fource and effect.

Dated at Albany, Clinton County, this 4th day of June 1902

Marriage Bond

Be it Known, that we J.W. Malone as principal, and Walker Piercy as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of the bond is as follows:
That, whereas Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the above bound J.W. Malone and Miss Mary E. Piercey. Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this bond shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.

This is to Certify, that on the 3rd. day of April 1902 the Rites of Matrimony were legally solemnized by me between Anderson Malone and Caroline McGuire at David Malone's in the County of Clinton in the presence of George McKiney and James Gist.

Marriage Bond

Be it Known, that we Granville D. Johnson as principal, and William Wise as surety, are jointly and severally bound to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of One Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of the bond is as follows:
That, whereas Marriage is intended to be solemnized between the above bound Granville D. Johnson and Miss Matilda A. Malone. Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct said Marriage, this bond shall be void, otherwise it shall remain in full force and effect.
Dated at Albany, Clinton County, this 9th day of December 1885.
