Jean R. Adams passed away in her 67th year, Saturday, January 25, 1992 at Louisville, Kentucky.

Funeral services were held at 1p.m., Tuesday, January 28, 1992 at Prewitt's Funeral Home in New Castle. Reverend Garnett Slone officiated.

Interment was in the New Castle Cemetery.
