Church Directory

 The task of naming all churches in the Metro area is virtually impossible due to the enormous number.  This page attempts to break down the churches into their denominations.  Those associations keep listings of all the churches in their affiliation and are listed below where available.  Most listings contained herein do have links to the individual churches if they have a website.  Most of those church websites do include their own history.  This will be a starting point for many who attempt to research their family history and the church can give you many leads about your ancestors.  There is an abundance of history in each and every church.  If you feel your church is not represented by any of the denominations below, please feel free to send a line to your county coordinator informing of the affiliation and it will be added here.  Likewise, if you have any other information to submit, please contact your coordinator with details.
