Newspaper Links If you
have other links showcasing old newspaper articles, please consider
sending them to your coordinator so as to share with everyone
else. The Kentuckiana Digital Library and the Library of Congress
have both started sections where newspaper transcriptions are
completed and placed online free of charge. Check back regularly
at each site for additional listings, as they appear to be
cataloging differing papers at differing times.
"We will
not be selling the files on CD, but rather will be putting it online
free of charge both in the Kentuckiana Digital Library (http://kdl.kyvl.org) and
at the Library of Congress in the Chronicling America series
(http://www.loc.gov/chroniclingamerica/)."

"There is a very nice directory on Chronicling
America that may be of assistance in locating some of the
papers you need. Part of what we are doing is making the
papers fully searchable."
