V. K. NICOLL, Warren County, was born in Simpson County, Ky., September 
19, 1848, and is the youngest of two children.  He lived on the farm 
with his father until grown to manhood, receiving a collegiate education.  
He was married, in 1872, to Miss Victoria, daughter of T. H. W. Blewett, 
of this county.  This marriage has been blessed with two children: Lula 
E. and Norma L.  Mr. Nicoll owns 200 acres of fine land, well improved 
and in a good neighborhood.  Politically he is a Democrat.
