I John Williams of the County of Laurel and State of Kentucky do make this my last Will and testament in Manner and form towit That is to Say that I have made advancements to all my children in Giving to them and which they have received in real and Personal Property Except my Son Evan C Williams who is now living with me and has for some ten years Since he became 21 years of age I now desire to make Provisions for him here after Stipulated 1st I desire that all my Just debts and funeral Expenses be Paid 2nd I give and bequeath to Loisa Tuttle a Daughter of Sallie Tuttle Now Sallie Sasser a tract or boundry of Land Lying in Laurel County on the waters of Robinson Creek adjoining the lands of Preston Tuttle Supposed to contain about 40 Acres which is bounded as follows beginning where James Tuttles line leaves the East and West Lot line thence with Tuttles line a West course to the Top of the Ridge thence a South course with the Top of the Ridge to the Lot line thence a East course with the Lot line to the beginning 3rd I give and bequeath to my Son Evan Williams the entire remainder of my Estate both real and Personal To him and his heirs for ever It is expressly understood that should I depart this life before my aged wife Barbary Williams that she is to be amply cared for by Son Evan Williams

And should he fail to Provide for her during her life She
may use any of the Estate Given him in this Will for that Purpose I further
desire that Should Louisa Tuttle depart this life with Issue that the Legacy
Given her Decend to my Son Evan Williams and his heirs for ever Should it
become necessary that any Exr Should be appointed to this Will I desire that my
Son Evan Williams be appointed to carry out its Provisions with out Giving
Security
Signed Sealed and delivered in the Presents of the
witnesses whose names is hereto annexed the 29 day of June 1874
