Hello,
I am researching the family of William Adams and Mary "Polly" Long Adams.  My 
information states that they were married April 3, 1797, in Lincoln County, 
Kentucky.
William may have been born around 1776 in North Carolina or Virginia to 
William and Mary Adams.  Polly Long may have been born in North Carolina to William 
and Elizabeth Long.
William and Polly Long Adams' children may have been: Nathan Adams born 1798; 
George Washington Adams born around 1806; Katy Adams: Cecella Ann Adams;  
Montgomery Adams; and William Adams.
However, I have seen another source which lists Montgomery as the child of 
Elijah Newton Adams and Cealah Cummins Adams.
Any suggestions or information will be greatly appreciated.
