I would like to add my name to your list.  My gggg-grandparents, as  well as 
several generations before them, lived in Lincoln Co., Kentucky.  I  am 
looking for others who are researching Joseph DAUGHERTY and Amy (last name  
unknown), his wife.  Their children were James b. abt 1807, David b. 1817,  Zilpha b. 
15 Aug 1820, Matilda b. 1825, Henry b. 1830, Isaac L. b. 1831, Martha  A. b, 
1834, and Manerva b. 1834.  the first three were born in Kentucky,  while the 
others were born in Indiana.

The parents of Joseph were John DAUGHERTY AND Dorcas EVANS, and John's  
parents were William DAUGHERTY and Susannah MAGILL.  The family was from  Virginia, 
prior to going to Kentucky.  They may not have even moved since  Kentucky was 
part of Virginia in the early days, but I don't know for  sure.
