WAYNESBURG - Coy Adams, 77, of Clear Fork Road, Eubank, died Thursday at Hill Crest Nursing Home, Corbin.
Born May 17, 1922, in Letcher County, he was a son of the late Harm and Betty Adams. He was a farmer, a member of Old Regular 
Baptist Church and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Ida Caudill Adams.
Survivors include four sons, Herman and Troy Adams, both of Waynesburg, Bruce Adams of Eubank and Billy Adams of Anchorage, 
Alaska; a daughter, Betty Ratcliff of Waynesburg; a sister, Bertha Baugh of Kings Mountain; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. 
He was preceded in death by a son, Fred Adams.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Friendship Cemetery with military rites by Caswell 
Saufley Post 18, American Legion.
Visitation is 7-9 p.m. today.

MORELAND - Levona Frances Anderson, 87, Rocky Ford Community, Hustonville, died Tuesday at Homestead Nursing 
Home, Lexington.
Born Feb. 1, 1909, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Dave and Cindy Ellis Peyton. She was a homemaker and a 
lifelong member of Rocky Ford Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was the widow of 
Waitmon Paul Anderson.
Survivors include a sister, Esther Morgan of Liberty; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Jackie Wilson. Burial will be in
Hustonville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jeff and Dale Coffman, Bernard Peyton, Jim "Ralph" Reed, Joe Beeler, and Rudolph Mullins.
Visitation will be after 5 p.m. Thursday.

STANFORD -Mary Reed Chancellor Anderson, 96, of Stanford House Nursing Home, died there Thursday.
Born Dec. 2, 1902, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Joseph P. and Mary R. Matheney Chancellor. She was 
a homemaker and a lifetime member of Harris Memorial United Methodist Church, and a member of Daughters of the American 
Revolution and Colonial Dames of the 17th Century. She was the widow of Henry R. Anderson.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Joe Carpenter of Alexandria, La.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at
Buffalo Springs Cemetery by the Rev. Jerry beck. 
Fox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Robert L. "Bob" Anderson Sr., 87, of Kings Mountain, formerly of Danville, died Saturday at Ephraim McDowell Regional 
Medical Center.
Born Oct. 31, 1911, in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Lidge and Minnie Ettie Maupin Anderson. He was a retired 
Garrard County farmer and a member of Lancaster Baptist Church. 
Survivors include his caregiver, Edna Purcell; two daughters, Joan Gibson of Port Orange, Fla., and Judy Pemberton of Center 
Point, Ind.; two brothers, Ernest Anderson of Danville and Howard Anderson of Lexington; a sister, Ada "Tootsie" Hendren of 
Clarksville, Ind.; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Stith Funeral Home by the Rev. Earl Burnside. Burial will be in
Buffalo Springs Cemetery. 
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorials may go to American Cancer Society or Heritage Hospice.

MORELAND - Services for John L. Asbury, 74, Hustonville, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. 
Tom Burchett. Burial will be in
Hustonville Cemetery.
He died Saturday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Sept. 28, 1922, in Casey County, he was a son of Bertha Neaves Asbury of Indiana, and the late Luther Asbury. He was a 
retired employee of Hester Feed Store and a farmer. He was a member of House of Praise Mission.
Additional survivors include his wife, Flora Lane Asbury; four daughters, Modene Asbury and Phyllis Pendygraft, both of Junction 
City, Loraine Darland, Harrodsburg and Lyda Asbury, Hustonville; a son, Gilbert Asbury, Hustonville; five brothers, Charlie, Grover, 
Edward, Vernon and Chester Asbury, all of Indiana; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be John and Jason Asbury, Scott and John David Pendygraft, Stanley and Dale Phillips and Dawson Sears. Honorary 
pallbearers are Estill Payton and David Payton.

Born July 24, 1923, in Casey County, he was a son of the late Albert R. Baxter and Ruth Simpson. He was a former postal 
employee in Danville and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include four sons, Randy, Dewey, Bobby and Terry Baxter, all of Danville; a daughter, Pam Echeverrin of Danville; 
six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Eugene McCawley. Burial will be in
Hustonville 
Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Mark Duke, Jerry Allen, Brian Karnes, Charles Watts, James Watts and Carl Watts.

MORELAND - Howard Albert Brown, 86, of Stanford died Thursday at Thompson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore.
Born Oct. 13, 1912, in Casey County, he was the son of the late Francis and Annie Bodkin Brown. He was a retired farmer 
and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a sister, Erma Terrell of Stanford; and a brother, Frank Brown of Lexington.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Billy Maxey. Burial will be in
Hustonville Cemetery 
with military rites by Caswell Saufley Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Born July 29, 1912, in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Thomas E. and Isabell Mitchell Carey.
She was a homemaker and a cook at Cox School in Casey County, and a member of Maxey's Valley Church of God.
Survivors include her husband, Egbert Brown; two daughters, Gladys Cochran of Mooresville, Ind., and Lennie Sears of 
Liberty; three children, Betty Carmicle of Hustonville, Bobby Brown of Cincinnati and Randall Brown of Stanford; two sisters, 
Corene Coger of Dayton, Ohio, and Lilly Mae McKinney of Middletown, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Louis Reeves.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Carmicle, Robert, Randall and Stuart Sears, Michael Sears and Jesse Girdler.

Born Oct. 8, 1915, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Raymond and Margaret L. Burton Bryant.
He used to work at the Danville Ice Plant, at a plastics factory and also in restaurants. 
Survivors include a brother, Marshall Bryant of Danville; and five sisters Geneva Brickey of Lancaster, Elizabeth Chambers 
of Burgin, Josephine Hurt of Junction City, Alma Robins of Junction City and Roberta Jackson of Danville.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday by Rev. Michael Cox at Stith Funeral Home. 
Visitation is after 5 p.m. Monday.  Burial will be in
Danville Memorial Gardens.

Born Feb. 11, 1911, in Casey County, he was a son of the late Orville and Augusta Waldner Carman. He was a retired 
Elliott Transportation Company employee and was a member of Deltona Baptist Church where he was a deacon for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Carrie Reid Carman; two daughters, Jean Carman of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Carol Carman of Atlanta, 
Ga.; two brothers, Dale Carman of Fayetteville, Ohio, and Junior Carman of Beech Grove, Ind.; a sister, Doris Peyton of 
Hustonville; a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. E.M. Helton. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery
Visitation is noon Wednesday until time of service.

CRAB ORCHARD -- Larry Caudill, 50, of Waynesburg, died Tuesday at his home of complications associated with lung cancer. 
Born Jan. 13, 1949, in Waynesburg, he was a son of Helen Caudill of Lancaster and the late Lawrence Caudill. He was a 
self-employed logger and attended the Baptist church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Gail Caudill of Waynesburg; two sons, Shannon Caudill of Waynesburg and Benji Caudill 
of Nancy; four brothers, Donald, Junior, Randy and Jim Caudill, all of Waynesburg; six sisters, Bertie Jones of Stanford, 
Vickie Kidd, Bonnie Denny, Rita Spoonamore, Melissa Caudill and Rhonda Denny, all of Waynesburg; and six grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at McKnight-Martin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery

Born June 28, 1920, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Kinley and Bessie Kidd Ballard. She was a homemaker 
and a member of Waynesburg Church of Christ. She was the widow of Ray Chumbley. 
Survivors include a son, Kenneth Chumbley of Glasgow; a daughter, Patricia Durham of Waynesburg; two brothers, Freeman 
and Vern Ballard, both of Ohio; three sisters, Lola Collins of Covington and Marie Ballard and Wanda Carnes, both of Ohio; 
four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Fox Funeral Home by Harold Carter. Burial will be in
Buffalo Springs Cemetery.

Born Oct. 6, 1914, in Casey County, she was a daughter of the late Turner and Lena Hall Downs. She was a homemaker and a 
member of the Pentecostal church. She was the widow of Willie Coffman.
Survivors include three sons, Coy Downs and T.C. Propes Sr., both of Junction City, and William Coffman of Stanford; five 
daughters, Flossie Johnson of Patina, Ind., Betty Carver of Lexington, Lillian Martin and Anna Ferguson both of Moreland, 
and Florence Propes Griffin of Hustonville; a sister, Mamie Propes of Liberty; three brothers, Herbert and Les Downs, both 
of Junction City, and Floyd Downs of Liberty; 36 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Larry Coontz. Burial will be in
Hustonville Cemetery.

Chandler Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Born Dec. 8, 1980, in Boyle County, he was a son of Dennis Counts of Somerset and Arlene Yocum Padgett of Stanford. 
He was a student at Lincoln County High School.
Additional survivors include a fiancee, Laura Beth Dunham of Casey County; a stepfather, Rodney Padgett of Stanford; a 
stepmother, Camille Counts of Somerset; one sister, Laura Lee Denny of Waynesburg; two stepbrothers, Jacob and Logan 
Baker of Somerset; a paternal grandmother, Edith A. Cannon of Stanford; and a maternal grandmother, Zella Yocum of Waynesburg.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Point Baptist Church by the Revs. Bill Rhodus and Vola Brown. Burial will be in 
Pleasant Point Cemetery.

She died Sunday at Stanford House Nursing Home. Born Nov. 25, 1919, in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Newton K. 
and Emma E. Jackson Cross.
She was a retired licensed practical nurse and a Baptist.
Survivors include a sister, Georgia A. Ledford of Stanford; and nieces and nephews.

Mullins Curtsinger. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Bywaters of England; a brother, J.C. Curtsinger of Connersville; and two grandchildren.

was a homemaker and the widow of Hollis Ray Durham Sr.  Additional survivors include three sons, Hollis R. Durham II of 
Kings Mountain, Ronald L. Durham of Stanford, and James T. Durham of Crab Orchard; two daughters, Linda L. Durham 
and Claudia M. Durham, both of Stanford; three brothers, William R. Burchett of Junction City, James C. Burchett of

He died from natural causes Friday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 29, 1943, in Fayette County, he was a son of the late James F. and Virginia Irene Clark Edwards. He was a 
self-employed carpenter and a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Edwards; six sons, Morris Montgomery of Lexington, Michael Edwards of Kings Mountain, 
and Madison Edwards, Brandon Edwards, James Daniel Edwards and Jeremy Tyler Edwards, all of Hustonville; two daughters,

He was a retired logger, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Big Creek Old Regular Baptist Church in Madison, 
Ind. He was the widower of Gladys Caudill Eldridge.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Caudill Eldridge; five sons, Curtis Eldridge of Danville, Carl Eldridge Jr. of Olive Hill, Teddy 
Eldridge of Springfield, Ky., Danny Eldridge of Springfield, Mo., and Doyle Eldridge of Frankfort; four daughters, Hazel Poynter 
of Lancaster, Dorothy Roberts of Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy Padgett of Frankfort and Phyllis Moore of Stanford; two stepsons, 
Herbert Eldridge of Greensburg, Ind., and Hershel Eldridge of Milan, Ind.; a stepdaughter, Bernice Spurlock of Columbus, Ind.;

contractor and a member of HBEW Union Local 110, Somerset.
Survivors include two sons, David Falconbury, of Ottenheim and Kenny J. Falconbury of Bristol, Tenn.; two daughters, Janice Faddis 
of Kings Mountain and Michelle Jones of Rising Fawn, Ga.; a stepmother, Hazel Falconbury of South Fork; a brother, Larry Falconbury 
of Eubank; a sister, Nancy Caudill of Kings Mountain; and four grandchildren.

Born Aug. 17, 1950, in Indianapolis, Ind., she was a daughter of Virginia M. Odon of Indiana, and the late Russell Goens. She was a 
nurse's aide at Stanford House nursing home and belonged to Mount Hebron Baptist Church.
Survivors are four brothers, Russell Goens Jr. of Waynesburg, Eric Goens of Ohio, David Goens of Oklahoma and Jack Williams of 
Indiana; and four sisters, Anna Williams of Illinois, and Jeanetta Goens, Judy Williams and Terri Williams, all of Indiana.

and state highway department employee. He was a member of Pleasant Point Baptist Church and American Legion Caswell-Saufley 
Post #18.  Survivors include his wife, Jennie Marie Gooch Goodpaster; two sons, Jody Roberts and Micah T. Goodpaster, both of 
Stanford; a daughter, Brenda G. Taylor of Jamestown, Tenn.; three sisters, Elizabeth Williams of Lexington, and Beatrice Reisenburg 
and Nora Barker, both of West Palm Beach, Fla.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was the widow of the late Omer Lewis.

SOMERSET - William Harold McCurry, 68, of Somerset, died Saturday at his home.
Born June 23, 1928, in Waynesburg, he was a son of the late Powell J. and Bessie Sanders McCurry. He was retired after 20 years 
with Southern Belle Dairy. He was founder of McCurry Tractors. He was a longtime member of the Somerset Lions Club and served 
two terms in the Navy. He graduated from Waynesburg High School and attended the University of Kentucky.
Survivors include: his wife, Virginia Ruth Conley McCurry; a son, Donnie McCurry of Knoxville, Tenn.; a daughter, Lisa Neal of 
Somerset; a brother, Roscoe C. McCurry of Lexington; two sisters, Christine Jackson of Somerset and Lenora Carter of Stanford; 
and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Ronnie McCurry.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Somerset Undertaking Chapel by the Revs. David Morris and John Carter. Burial will 
be at Lakeside Memorial Gardens.

McKinney Elementary School cook and a homemaker. She was a member of McKinney Baptist Church and Green River 
Homemakers Club. She was the widow of Andrew Robbins.

Survivors include nine sons, Earl H. Robbins of Harrodsburg, Buford Robbins Jr. of Versailles, Carl E. Robbins of Somerset,

MORELAND - Ray S. ``Shack'' Russell, 61, of Hustonville, died Sunday at his home.
Born Nov. 6, 1936, in Casey County, he was a son of Bessie Hafley Russell of Hustonville and the late Thomas S. Russell. He was 
a retired farmer and a member of Ellisburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Sadie Jeffries Russell; two sons, Steven R. Russell of Danville and Ricky S. Russell at home; two brothers, 
Clay G. Russell and Elmer T. Russell, both of Hustonville; and four sisters, Velma J. Douglas of Harrodsburg, Vivian J. Allison of 
Gallatin, Tenn., Mary A. Reeves of Danville, and Helen Vanoy of Junction City.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. G.W. Smith Jr. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery

MORELAND - Services for Morgan B. Sandidge, 84, of Moreland, will be 2 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by the

He died Tuesday at Danville Centre for Health and Rehabilitation.
Born March 4, 1914, in Lincoln County, he was a son of Madison and Mattie Bishop Sandidge. He was an employee of Southern 
Railroad, retired after 34 years in the signal division. He was a member of Moreland Christian Church and a 50-year member of 
Hustonville Masonic Lodge 184.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Carter Sandidge; and a sister, Lena Vanhook of Hustonville.
Pallbearers will be Billy Kirkpatrick, Jim Kelly, Elwood Brown, Dale Smith, Jimmie Chelf and George Price.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. Thursday with Masonic rites at 7 p.m.

STANFORD -- Vernice Reynolds Shoup, 87, of Colorado Springs, Colo., died there Monday.
Born Jan. 28, 1912, in Crab Orchard, she was a daughter of the late Robert E. and Ophelia Gooch Reynolds. She was a homemaker 
and a member of Harris Memorial United Methodist Church. She was the widow of Denver J. Shoup.
Survivors include a son, James R. Shoup of Florence; a daughter, Charlene K. Schaefer of Colorado Springs; three sisters, Vera Estes 
of Greenville, N.C., Ann Scally of Tampa, Fla., and Thelma H. Baumgartner of West Palm Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren; and eight 
great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Fox Funeral Home by the Rev. Jerry Beck. Burial will be in
Buffalo Springs Cemetery.  Visitation will

A.E. ``Tex'' Smith, who served in local law enforcement for over 25 years, died Wednesday at home after an illness.
Smith, 63, was a resident of Hustonville Road, Junction City.
Born June 11, 1933, in Carlisle, Penn., he was a son of the late Martin Luther Smith and Violet Lourane Hale Hoerner. He was a 
retired police officer and had served as chief of police for Crab Orchard, Burgin, Junction City and most recently in Hustonville. 
He was an Army and Air Force veteran.
He started his local law enforcement career in Crab Orchard and then was assistant police chief in Stanford.
Junction City. He 
worked in the Junction City Police Department over 20 years. He was chief in Junction City from July 1973 to October 1974, 
was named a police officer in April 1978, suspended in October 1979 and rehired in August 1980. He was hired again in 
March 1991 and served until 1993.
During his last tenure as Junction City police chief, Smith became embroiled in a controversial case involving gambling machines 
at a local market. In 1994, he was cleared on charges of official misconduct.
Throughout his career in Kentucky, Smith had to answer questions about a 1954 conviction on burglary and larceny charges in 
Pennsylvania when he was 21. In 1979, Lt. Gov. Thelma Stovall, acting in the governor's absence, restored Smith's citizenship, 
and his federal right to carry weapons was also restored.
Survivors include his wife, Ida Baker Smith; three daughters, Norene S. Cooper and Kathleen S. Farrell, both of Danville, and 
Fay Schnitzler of Lincoln County; a son, Robert Johnson of Crab Orchard; four sisters; four half sisters; four brothers, including 
Ray Smith of Eugene, Oregon; a half brother; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and two step 
great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home by the Rev. Ernest Martin. Burial will be in
Danville Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Roger Schnitzler, Mike Ferrell, David Cooper and Joseph, Daryl, Alvin and Robert Johnson.

STANFORD - John William ``J.W.'' Smith, 57, of Hustonville, died Thursday at his home.
Born Aug. 31, 1941, in Lincoln County, he was a son of Cecil S. Smith of New Salem and the late Alma M. Henry Smith. He was 
a heavy equipment operator for Allen Construction Co. and a farmer. He was a member of New Salem Baptist Church.
Other survivors include his wife, Bonnie Copley Smith; a daughter, Becky S. Wesley of New Salem; a son, Michael W. Smith of 
Liberty; four sisters, Gloria S. Elmore of New Salem, Alice F. Payton, Evelyn Humes and Ellen Griffin, all of Moreland; a brother, 
Merrill Smith of Campbellsville; and two grandsons.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at New Salem Baptist Church by Austin Campbell and Bobby Bryant. Burial will be in
New 
Salem Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Darren and Lee Sinkhorn, Ricky Walls, Jimmy and Kenny Smith, Jason Brock, Jeff Hogue and Kevin Spaw.
Honorary pallbearers are Boyd Hoskins, James Smith, Verlon Griffin, Dorsey Elmore, Gerald Wilcher, Clyde Horton and Daniel 
Sinkhorn.  Visitation is 6-9 p.m. today at the church.

She was born May 12, 1932, in Germany. A longtime resident of Lincoln County, she was a homemaker and member of Fort Logan 
Church of Christ in Stanford.
Survivors include a son, Bill Bryant of Richmond; a daughter, Silvia Cunniff of Harrodsburg; four grandchildren; a great-grandchild; a 
brother; and a sister.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fort Logan Church of Christ by pastor Wayne Galloway. Burial will be in
Richmond Cemetery.
Visitation is 6:30-9 p.m. Monday at the church.

Bellevue Cemetery by the Rev. Gary Yocom.

He was a retired painter for Engles Construction Co.  
Survivors include his wife, Lena Mae Stokes Walls of Crab Orchard; two sons, Calvin D. Walls and Robert L. Walls, both of Lexington; 
a daughter, Sandra Brisson of Lexington; a sister, Shirley A. Adams of Danville; four brothers, Delbert Walls of Crab Orchard and Jimmy, 
Frankie and Johnny Walls, all of Danville; and four grandchildren.

Born Feb. 8, 1928, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Otis Newland and Martha Hacker Walls. He was a retired farmer and 
truck driver. He was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Air Force and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a member 
of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Vedenia Singleton Walls; two sons, Brian Walls of Hustonville and Jimmy Walls of 
Stanford; two daughters, Bobbie Jean Andres of Hopkinsville and Tia Renee Walls of Danville; five brothers, Delbert and Calvin Walls, 
both of Crab Orchard, Jimmy and Johnny Walls, both of Junction City and Frankie Walls of Danville; one sister, Shirley Ann Adams of 
Danville and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Fox Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Ephesus Cemetery

STANFORD - Roy Pete Walls, 95, of Meadowbrooks Road, Stanford, died Wednesday at Stanford House nursing home.
Born April 26, 1903, he was a Lincoln County native and the son of the late John and Mary Houston Walls. He was the widower of 
Naomi Gilpin Walls.
He was a retired employee of Boyle Block with 25 years of service, a farmer, and delivered flowers for Charles Gilliland Flower Shop. 
He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Buddy Walls of LaGrange and Johnny Walls of Lawrenceburg; four daughters, Ruby Lowe and 
Barbara Owens, both of Stanford, Jewell Allen of Harrodsburg, and Sue Ann Horn of Lincoln Park, Mich.; 25 grandchildren; 59 
great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Fox Funeral Home by Cecil Roundtree and Ron Meece. Burial will be in
Buffalo Springs Cemetery
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Dencie B. Weaver, 90, of Middletown, died Saturday at Middletown Regional Hospital.
Born June 14, 1909, in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Allen and Ida Coffey Murphy. She was a member of Hillcrest 
Baptist Church and the widower of Homer Weaver.
Survivors include two sons, Bill "Roy" Weaver and Lawrence "Sibi" Weaver, both of Carlisle, Ohio; a daughter, Jacquelene Doty of 
Springboro, Ohio; a brother, Claude Murphy of Lincoln County; two sisters, Gladys Denham and Berdie Jefferies, both of Lincoln 
County; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Ronald Weaver and Allen Weaver.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Unglesby-Anderson Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Springboro, Cemetery. Visitation will be 
5-8 p.m. Tuesday.

WILSON,  Louise Conatser , 66, of Versailles died Monday July 1, 2002  at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Born in Lincoln 
County, she was the daughter of Edna Gabbard of Lexington and the late James Conatser. She was owner of Wilson Auto Parts 
and Wrecker Service and a member of Lawrenceburg Fellowship Baptist Church. She was the widow of C.D. Wilson.

 Others survivors include two sons, Bo Wilson of Bloomfield, Kevin Wilson of Versailles and Tom Wilson of Lexington; four 
daughters, Kae Lay, Tracey Wilson, Dee Dee Stanfield and Misti Stratton, all of Versailles; a sister, Shirley Atwood of Moreland; 
two brothers, John Conatser and Jerry Conatser, both of Nicholasville; and several grandchildren. Services were today at Blackburn 
& Ward Funeral Home by the Rev. Carl Jones. Burial will be in
