Bastain/Delaney

Recently discovered this picture which was taken in Rowland or at least in Lincoln Co. Kentucky.  
I believe it shows from the left:  Marion, William and James Bastain with their mother, Harriet Catherine James Bastain Delaney, 
her second husband John F. Delaney, his son by Rebecca Jane James Delaney, Reuben Sylvester Delaney and probably some 
of Harriet's family or in-laws, so either Bastains or James'.  I am especially unsure of the identity of the people from the man in the 
bow tie on to the right.  Any help from someone down there or anywhere who knows would be greatly appreciated.
