Samuel Murrell
Samuel Murrell, my third
great grandfather, married Elizabeth Reid Sterrett 8 Mar 1825 and lived
east of Bowling Green.
Their home is still there and is a national historic site just east of
Bristow. Elizabeth's father was Colonel Thomas Sterrett.
His House is also a national historic house north of Bowling Green.
Jane "Jensy" Murrell Reid buried at Posey Farm Cemetery is sister of Samuel Murrell b 1792 died 1890.
