From I-24,  exit 11.  Continue through 2 traffic lights, do not turn. This is the Business Loop and will change to 3rd Street when you reach the downtown section.  Turn left onto Kentucky Avenue, which will be the first traffic light in the downtown secton.  Go approximately 2 blocks.  Library will be on the left just passed the Paducah Sun.
