MRS. HILARY L. THOMPSON; AGE 71, died Feb, 08,1960 at 3:00 a.m. she had been ill about a year.

Her home was at 3510 N.W. Parkway.  She was the former Mary Elizabeth Dant, a native of

Marion Co.Ky. and widow of an American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corporation molder, Hilary L. Thompson, who died five years ago.   Surviving are two  daughters;  Mrs. John H. Clausen; and Mrs. William Harrod;  five sons;   Gilbert J.,  Hilary W.,  John N.,  James R.,  and Robert L. Thompson, all of Louisville.

Also by two sisters, Mrs.Clevie Cambron, of  Lebanon, Ky.    Mrs. Pearl Alvey, Louisville, and a brother  Mr. Walter Dant  of Loretto,      12 grandchildren; and   five great-grandchildren also survive

The funeral  will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at the Church of Our Lady. Buriel will be in Resthaven

Memorial Park.  The body will be at Ratterman's, 2114 W. Market.
