| The Minish family were early pioneers and a prominent family in the little village of Gratz in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Wm R. Minish collected the family history and left an old trunk of papers and letters that have been copied by the family. His home still stands in Gratz and is occupied. Family history states that the family donated the land back from their homes for Mt. Minish cemetery, and Richard Johnson Minish was one of earliest burials there. | ||
