Mrs. Dessie Bullock age 89, of Rt.# 1 Mt.Vernon died Tuesday June 1, 2004 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born on February 17, 1915 in Rockcastle County the daughter of the late Elmer and Lucretia Rash Cromer. She was a housewife, enjoyed cooking & gardening, and was a member of the Walnut Grove Church of Christ.

Survivors are: two sons; Paul D. Bullock, and Dannie D. Bullock both of Rt.#1 Brodhead. Two brothers; Ed Cromer of Elrod, Ky., and Gerald Cromer of Loveland, Oh. Three sisters; Mrs. Ina Bullock of Mt.Vernon, Mrs. Essie Payne of Elrod, Ky., and Mrs. Wanda Hood of Bee Lick. Four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild also survives. She was preceded in death by: her husband; Lonzo Bullock, by one daughter; Ruth Ellen Bullock, by two brothers; Lester & Joe Cromer, by two sisters; Lina Dilbert, and one infant sister.
