Mr. Preston Junior Cameron, age 58 of Mt. Vernon, died Tuesday, May 11 at the Rockcastle Hospital. He was born in Rockcastle County on Nov. 24, 1945 the son of Preston, Sr. and Ruth Smith Cameron. He was a member of the McNew Chapel Church.

He is survived by two sons, Paul Cameron and Howard Cameron, both of Mt. Vernon; three daughters, Lora Baker, Tammy Cameron, and Nikkie Cameron, all of Mt. Vernon; one brother, Denford Cameron (Jean) of Spencer, IN; three sisters, Cynthia Owens of Brodhead, Lillie Cameron and Bernice Fish (Earl), both of Mt. Vernon; and three grandchildren.
