Mr. Charles William Cupp, age 76 of Rt. 4 Mt. Vernon, died Thursday, Sep. 25 at the VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. He was born in Knox Co., KY on June 20, 1927 the son of Simon and Cora Ellison Cupp. He was a retired truck driver for Goodyear, was a member of the Church of Christ, and was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by three sons, Jimmy Cupp (Imogene), and Jeff Cupp (Cheryl), both of Goshen, OH, and John Cupp (Linda) of Lebanon, OH; two daughters, Janice Meaux (Azarie) of Lake Charles, LA, and Juretta Smalley (Todd) of Middletown, OH; three brothers, Oscar Cupp, Gary Cupp, and Marvin Cupp; and four sisters, Lois Miracle, Edna Kochalka, Mildred Moore, and Bonnie McGeorge. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; his good friends, Pearl and Laura Lewis; and a special sister-in-law, Lucille Ponder. |
