Mrs. Russie French Gentry, age 69 of Orlando, died Wednesday, July 16 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born in Rockcastle County on Apr. 24, 1934 the daughter of Jim and Mary Shepherd French. She was a member of the Flat Rock Baptist Church and enjoyed quilt-making. She is survived by three sons, Jimmy Wynn of Lexington, Tim Robinson (Linda) of Burr, and Terry Robinson (Michelle Anderson) of Orlando; two brothers, Charlie French of Pine Hill and Junior French of Mt. Vernon; and four grandchildren, James Dewey, Brandon Michael, Cody Lance, and Brittany Renee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Gentry; five brothers; and four sisters. |
