Christine Kirby

Christine Kirby , 87, of Crescent Springs, died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood.

She was a retired seamstress for Hyde Park Clothes, Newport, and a member of Crescent Springs Church of God. Her husband, Raymond V. Kirby, died in 1990.

Survivors include her sons, Douglas Kirby of Delhi, Ohio, James Kirby of Goshen, Ohio, Carl Kirby of Florence and Paul Kirby of Crescent Springs; a daughter, Emma Jean Sturgill of Louisville; a sister, Reba Payne of Broadhead; 14 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Hebron. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.
