Mr. Jack Livesay age 68, of Cincinnati, Oh and formerly of Mt.Vernon died Wednesday May 19, 2004 at his home in Cincinnati. He was born on September 16, 1935 in Rockcastle County the son of the late Homer and Lydia Houk Livesay. He was a retired metal fabricator, enjoyed motorsports, nascar, and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Survivors are: one son; Jackie Livesay of Cincinnati. Oh. Three brothers; Homer Livesay of Hamilton, Oh., Joe Livesay of West Chester, Oh., and Leroy Livesay of Lexington, Ky.. Three sisters; Mrs. Ruby Mullins of Danville, Ky., Mrs. Ruth Bell of Harrodsburg, Ky., and Mrs. Pearl Burdette of Mt.Vernon. One granddaughter; Taylor Marie Livesay, and several nieces & nephews also survive.
