Juanita R. Osborne age 78 of Bratcher Lane in Berea, passed away Saturday February 21, 2004 at Berea Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of Clinton C. Osborne for 58 years and she was a member of the Berea Evangelistic Church.

In addition to her husband she was survived by four children Brenda Blanton, Patty Isaacs and her husband Harry, Paul D. Osborne and his wife Teresa, Jeff Osborne and his wife Sherry, Joyce Doyle Rose and one step-son Bobby Clinton Osborne; three sisters Lucy Adams, Anna Carrier and Della Chasteen and one brother S.T. “Tim” Rector; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Juanita was born in Rockcastle County to the late St. Elmo “Elmer” and Rosa Saylor Rector. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Cora Doyle, Celia Soard and three infant sisters.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday February 24, 2004 at the Berea Evangelistic Church with Bro. Fred Wynn, Bro. Don Wilson, Bro. Mickey Bowling and Bro. Randall Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Saylor Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening at the Berea Evangelistic Church from 6-10 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Eddie Blanton, Barry Blanton, Stanley Blanton, Paul D. Osborne, Jr., Michael P. Osborne, Chad Lee and Westen Osborne.
