Mrs. Lela Margaret Saylor, age 101 of West Main St. in Mt. Vernon, died Thursday, June 12 at the Rockcastle Health and Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead. She was born at Mullins Station on Nov. 3, 1902 the daughter of Callie and Mary Allen Mullins. She was a retired teacher and a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon. She is survived by three half-sisters, Mary Ida Jones and Sally Hale, both of Mt. Vernon, and Anna Belle Helton of Lockland, OH. |
