02 Jul 1996 BRODHEAD - Sella Scoggin, 89, of Ottawa, died Tuesday at the Lake Cumberland Regional Medical Center.
Born Feb. 12, 1907, in Rockcastle County, she was a daughter of the late James and Susie Reynolds Adams. She was a homemaker and a member of Freedom Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Gervis Scoggin of Ottawa, and a special friend, Cody Lee Deboard. She was preceded in death by a grandson.
Services were 2 p.m. Thursday at Watson Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Shelby Reynolds. Burial was in Ottawa Cemetery. |
