Robert L. "Bob" Smith
Robert L. "Bob" Smith, 84, of Punta Gorda, FL and Fairfax, VA, and formerly of Rockcastle County, died Friday, April 30, 2004. He was born September 23, 1916 in Williamsburg, the son of Richard "Dick" and Carrie Robinson Smith.
Survivors are his wife, Pearl; two children, Randall Smith of Fairfax, VA and Karla Smith of Independence; two brothers, Ray Smith of Xenia, OH and Elbert Smith of Dayton, OH; two sisters, Opal Mees of Cincinnati, OH and Bettie Baker of Orlando and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Stephen and sister, Stella Sexton.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 10 in Punta Gorda, FL. |
