Will of George W Doan located in Will Book E Page 547 Rockcastle County I, George W. Doan, being of sound mind and memory and being desirous of disposing of my property of every description. I hereby will and bequeath all my property of every kind and hereby revoke all former wills and codicils. 1. I desire at my death that all my burial expenses and all my just debts of every kind be paid. 2. I will and bequeath to each of my seven children, namely as follows: James L Doan, Joseph M Doan, William S Doan, Armilda J Cromer, Jacob V Doan, Isaac N Doan, Henry A Doan, to each one the sum of $30.00, thirty dollars, to be paid to them after my death by my Executor. 3. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Maggie Doan all my real estate consisting of one house and lot In Pine Hill, KY and bounded as follows, to wit: On the south by the state road, on the west by the Baptist Church lot, Will Doan lot and the Pine Hill Coal Co. land, on the north by the L & N Railroad, on the east by John W Hansel and the county Road. Also all my household goods and wearing apparel, hanging pictures, all live stock and in fact All my property of every description.
