Gordon Family Cemetery

Contributed by: Homer Musselman
This cemetery is also called the Montague Family Cemetery. It is located off Rock Hill Church Road (Route #644.) Turn onto Rosedale Drive (Route #1265) and then turn right onto Rosepetal Street (Route #1266.) The cemetery is located on lot #49 on the right on a hill under a large tree not more than 0.1 mile from turnoff on Rosepetal Street. There is also a slave cemetery on lot #63 where the slaves of Wm. Richards Gordon are buried. Henry, Sally and their children, and Melly and her children are buried here. Bill Gordon was my guide and provided the information on this cemetery.
