Sanford Family Cemetery #1

The information for this cemetery was
taken from the Stafford County WPA Report and the Virginia Genealogical Society
Quarterly, Vol. 18, No. 2. Mike Lyman found this cemetery. Cemetery is located
on tax map 51, lot 81 next to line of lot #1. Cemetery is enclosed in 50'X60'
chain link fence with gate. Contains 10 marked graves and two unmarked, plus a
mound about the size of a grave. All gravestones are of sandstone except 2
replacements of granite. Most of the marked stones have smaller foot-stones.
