Contributed by Homer Mussleman
The cemetery is located on property
acquired by U.S. Marine Corps during World War-II and is part of the Quantico
Marine Base. Cemetery is about 0.5-0.75 miles in the woods opposite Ruby Fire
Station and is surrounded by an iron fence. There was one tombstone, that of
William Stark of Stafford. Information on the cemetery and the Paynes was
obtained from "James Stark of Stafford County, Virginia" by Harris and
Jorgensen.
