This is one of the earlier buildings located at the corner of
Church Street and East Main Street in Mount Vernon, KY. Formerly, there was a
skating rink in the basement. It is the site of the Cincinnati Bargain Store and
clothing and dry goods store owned and operated by Harold C. Clara Mae Jones.
More recent was the operation of a floral shop in this building.
