Samuel Brown, born December 3rd, 1842 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, was the eldest son of William Thompson Brown of Virginia and Elizabeth Forehand Brown.
Samuel Brown and Anzonetta Capps were married June 28th, 1870 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Anzonetta was the daughter of Achilles M. Capps & Margaret Frances Dickerson Capps. Anzonetta was born July 13th, 1853 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.
