According to a note on Amanda Strode's Find A Grave entry, Amanda was the daughter of William Thompson Brown (the death certificate lists father as Tomps Brown4) and Rebecca Mercer, and that Brown never acknowledged Amanda as his child5.

Hammers states that at the time of copying (17 May 1973) there were about 40 unmarked sandstone markers.

Location: About 1 mile west of Green Cemetery in the Vogue Mine area. From Kentucky Route 70 turn south onto Henry Oats Rd. Turn right onto the V1 Road (Private Road 1301) and follow this road for about 2 miles. Turn left onto a side road and then turn left into the cemetery road.
