A marriage license was issued in Hopkins county to William George Washington, 23, of Graham, and Miss Reba Nell Jones, 16, of Greenville.

Watkins, Nannie Louise & Charles Essig

Watkins-Essig Wedding. Mr. and Mrs. James Watkins announce the marriage of their daughter, Nannie Louise, to Mr. Charles Essig, the wedding taking place in Washington, D.C.

Mr. and Mrs. Essig are making their home in Baltimore, Md.

Mr. Essig is manager of a Thompson Restaurant in Baltimore. Mrs. Essig has many friends in Central City, to whom the wedding will be of interest.

Welder, Mary Linda & Raymond Jenkins Felix

Welder-Felix Wedding Announced. An announcement was received this week of the marriage of Miss Mary Linda Welder to Raymond Jenkins Felix, on Wednesday, November 2, 1933, at Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. Felix is a former resident of Central City, moving from here to Alabama with his parents several years ago.

Wheeldon, Olivia & Mickey Pratt

Wheeldon-Pratt Wedding. Miss Olivia Wheeldon and Mr. Mickey Pratt were united in marriage Saturday night, January 28, at Greenville.

Mrs. Pratt is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Wheeldon of this city, and Mr. Pratt is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C.E. Pratt of St. Louis.

Mr. and Mrs. Pratt are making their home in Central City.

Woodburn, Clarence & Mattie Coffman

Dr. Clarence Woodborn and Miss Mattie Coffman, of Bremen, Ky., were married at the State Line, near Guthrie, on the 18th by W.A. Marshall Esq. They were accompanied by L.J. Early and Miss Etta Kittinger, of South Carrollton, and T.B. Donovan, of Bremen.

Woodson, Eloise & John Robert Bennett

Woodson-Bennett. Mr. and Mrs. R.M. Woodson, of Greenville, announce the marriage of their daughter, Eloise, to Mr. John Robert Bennett, of Central City. The wedding took place in Russellville, Tuesday, May 16, Rev. W.A. Grant saying the ceremony. They were accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. John Berry.

Mrs. Bennett was a member of the graduating class of the Greenville high school this year and is a popular member of the younger society crowd. Mr. Bennett is the son of Mrs. W.E. Pulley and a graduate of the Central City high school.

Mr. and Mrs. Bennett have an apartment in Central City and are at home to their friends.
