Last Will and Testament

Date of death Jan. 27, 1955

In the name of God Amen.

I, Margaret H. Dentzel otherwise known as Sister Reginald, being of legal age, of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be my last will and testament.

First: I give, devise, and bequeath to Nazareth Literary and Benevolent Institution, Nazareth, Nelson County, Kentucky, all property, real, personal, and mixed, which I now possess or which I may hereafter acquire.

Second: I hereby nominate and appoint The Mother General of said Institution, whoever she may be at the time this Will is probated, be the executor of this will, without bond or [??].

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 1st day of Nov. 1935.

Signed, published, and declared by the above named Margaret H. Dentzle otherwise known as Sister Reginald, as her last will and testament, in the presence of us, who in her presence and at her request, and in the presense of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses the day and year above written.

An instrument or writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Margaret H. Dentzel, otherwise known as Sister Reginald deceased, was this day produced in open court for probate and [?] Sister Mary Rayond [?] one of the subscribing witnesses thereto who being duly sworn testifed that she and Sister Bertrand Cummins, the other subscribing witness thereto, signed said writing in each others presence and in the presence of and at the request of [?], who signed and [?] [?] [?] in their presence to her last will and testament, said witness further testifed that at the time of the [?] of said writing said [?] was of sound mind [must of the rest is too dark to read; see image] … the last will and testament of Margaret H.
