In the name of God, Amen. I, Isaac Hunsaker, being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be to God, therefore calling into mind the mortality of the body and knowing that is is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that is to say principally and first of all.

I give and recommend my soul into the hands of almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent, Christian burial and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life, I desire and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.

First, I give and bequeath unto Christiana, my dearly beloved wife, all my estate, both of lands and moveable property after all my just debts are paid, except such as I shall hereafter mention, during her natural life or widowhood, and at the expiration of her natural life or widowhood, the estate to be equally divided amongst my children, namely, Betsy, Delila, Jacob, Eleanor, Phoeby, Catharine, Susanna & Polly. My youngest colt I give to my wife as her exclusive property.

Also I give to my son Jacob my sorrel horse colt [as] his exclusive property.

I likewise constitute, make and ordain my wife Christiana Hunsaker & John Vought my sole executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanull all and every other former testament, wills, legacies, requests and executors by me in any ways before this time named, willed and bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26 day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & nineteen.
