Transcription

I, Mary E. Kittinger, of Bremen, Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, being of sound mind, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

First, all of my just debts including funeral expenses shall first be fully paid.

Second, it is my will and desire that a tomb rock be erected at my grave to cost not over twenty dollars.

I give, devise and bequeath all the remainder of my estate, both real and personal, and direct and request that my real estate be sold and the proceeds be equally divided among my children as follows: Sarah F. Drake, Lucy C. Shull, Jonathan Kittinger, Bettie McCan, W.T. Kittinger, Etta Gross and the heirs of Bethany Donahoo is to receive her one seventh of the estate whose names are Deliah Lawson, Martin B. Donahoo, Vivica Blansford.

I appoint as my executors D.W. Gross and Jonathan Kittinger without bond.

I direct that all of my business be settled up with perfect harmony among my children but in the even tany of the said children creates a confusion or try to change this will other than the way I have directed, it will and is my desire that they receive no part of my estate.

Witness my hand this 29” March 1911.
