Mary J. Lile, 1913

I, Mary J. Lile being of sound mind and memory, do give, devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal to Sarah E. Lile, my sister during her natural life and after her death I then devise and bequeath all of the residue of my estate to Joseph M. Liles bodly heirs his blood children only. Equally and to each the same herby revoking all forever wills by me made.

In witness whereof, I Mary J. Lile have to this day my last will and testament subscribed my name this the 12th day of August 1896 at Paceton, Kentucky.

Subscribed by Mary J. Lile the testatrix in the presence of each of us and at the same time declared by her to us to be her last will and testament and thereupon We at the request of Mary J. Lile, the testatrix and in her presence sign our names this the 12th day of August 1896 at Paceton, Kentucky.

I, H.L. Kirkpatrick, Clerk of the Muhlenberg County Court certify that the foregoing will and testament was produced to the regular Sept. 1913 term of this court and admitted to probate as the last will and testament of Mary J. Lile, deceased and as such was ordered to be recorded. Whereupon the same and this certificate have been duly recorded in my office.
