I Mary A. Malone of the county of Muhlenberg and state of Kentucky do make and publish this as my last will and testament intending hereby to direct the succession of all property and rights of property owned by me at my death.

First I give and devise to beloved and faithful husband Reverend Isaac Malone if he survives me all property of whatever nature or kind owned by me at my death and especially the lands given and conveyed to me by my father John S. Eaves Sr. being the farm and land on which my husband and I reside for and during his natural life with full authority in him my said husband to sell and convey, or otherwise dispose of all or any part of said property whether real, personal or mixed. Second, in case my said husband does not survive me, I give and devise all of my property to my grandchildren being the children of my deceased daughter Georgiana Hays and in case my husband survives me, whatever of the property hereby devised to him may remain undisposed of by him shall go to my said grandchildren.

I direct that my husband's grave be neatly enclosed with a substantial enclosed and that a good tombstone be put over his grave and the cost shall be a charge on my estate.

Witness my hand this 25th day of April 1880.
