Jacob Noftsinger Will

Transcription

I Jacob Noftsinger of the County of Muhlenberg & State of Kentucky do hereby make my last Will & Testament in manner & form following, that is to say.

First, I give to my wife Mary Noftsinger all of my Estate both real & personal during her life or widowhood and at her death or marriage my Executor is to sell all my estate and divide it agreeable to law between my Heirs, and lastly I do hereby constitute & appoint my brother John Noftsinger Executor of this my last Will & testament hereby revoking all other or former Wills or Testaments by me heretofore made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 22n day of January 1831.

The foregoing last will & testament of Jacob Noftsinger deceased was exhibited into Court & proven to be the act & deed of the said Jacob by the oath of Robert Wickliffe a subscribing witness thereto & at the July County Court 1831 was fully proven by the oath of Moses Wickliffe another subscribing witness thereto & ordered to be Recorded.
