In the name of God, Amen. I, Abraham Unsel Sr. of Muhlenberg County and state of Kentucky being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory calling to mind that its once appointed for all men to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament witnesseth that in the first place I recommend my soul to God that gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came to be buried in a Christian manner at the decision of my executors in the next place that all my just debts be paid out of my living.
I also will and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy one dollar to be her part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my daughter Ruthithe one dollar to be her part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my daughter Polly one dollar, it being her part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my son Abraham Unsel one dollar, it being his part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my son James one sollar, it being his part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my son David one dollar, it being his part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto my son William one dollar, it being his part of my estate. I also will and bequeath unto Annah my dear and beloved wife the remaining part of all my estate to have at her command, to do with it as long as she lives and to will or leave it as she sees proper at her decease as witness whereof I have set my hand and caused my seal to be fixed this 16th December 1819.

This last will and testament of Abram Unsell deceased was exhibited into court and proved by the oaths of Henry Stom & Simon Taylor the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
