Transcription

I, Margaret D. Vick, of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, do hereby make this my last will and testament as set forth under the following provisions:

First, I direct that all my indebtedness that I may owe at the time of my death and all other obligations for debt that may result in consequence thereof to be paid by my executor, herein after mentioned, out of my estate.

Second, after the payment of my debts and obligations for debts out of my estate, I will and bequeath the residue thereof, both real and personal, to my two daughters Lillian M. Vick and Adelia C. Dane to be equally divided between them.

Third, I hereby appoint my cousin, W.A. Armstrong, as my sole execuotr to execute the provisions of this will without requiring him to give any bond.

The foregoing instrument of writing was this day admitted to provate by the Muhlenberg County Court as the last will and testament of Margaret D. Vick, deceased, and ordered to be recorded as such. Whereupon the same and this certificate have been duly recorded in my office.
