I, Charles A. Wickliffe, of the county of Muhlenberg & state of Kentucky, well knowing that I am very sick & may die.

I hereby constitute & appoint my friend & relation John W.I. Godman my executor & vest him with full power to sell & convey all my landed estate to pay off all demands against me if he shall think it necessary and to divide my estate as the law directs.

In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand & seal this 13” day of July 1834.
