Transcription

In the name of God Amen. I, John Wiggins, of the county of Muhlenberg & state of Kentucky, being of sound mind & memory & understanding the uncertainty of this life think fit to make this my last will & testament in the following manner. To wit.

As touching my worldly estate it is my will & desire that all my just debts be faithfully paid &c. & constitute Martin Kittinger & Lewis Wiggins to be my executors.

1st, it is my desire for to be decently buried &c.

2nd, I give & bequeath unto Maryann Wiggins Seign'r all my estate except clothing &c.

3rd, I desire that all my clothing to be divided between Lewis Wiggins & Ebenezer F. Wiggins.

Signed & sealed in the presence of us. Given under my hand & seal. This the &nbps;    &nbps;     1825.
